TechLink & Company, LLC. (TechLinkCo, "we, or "us") operates under the brand names Millennial Tech Advisory, TechLink Insights, and TechLink Health. Additionally, there is a standing affiliation with TechLink & Company, LLC with regards to mobile development and other business activities. TechLink Insights' primary goal is to deliver content and consulting or advisory services to clients, which in turn means that we are committed to protecting your privacy and we take great care with your personal information that we gather when you access or use TechLink.Insights and related websites, applications, and services owned and operated by TechLinkCo (the "Platform") and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy is meant to assist consumers and businesses that use our Services to access expertise or schedule appointments and business entities that use our services understand how we manage your personal information.
Agreement to Privacy Policy
By accessing and using the website and mobile application you are subject to and in agreement with this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you expressly agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of information.

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

You have a right to request that TechLink Insights amend or delete the Personal Information it collects from your use of the Platform if you believe it is incorrect or incomplete, and you may request an amendment or deletion for as long as the Personal Information is retained. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.
Information Collected
Through your use of our Platform, we may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular Visitor ("personal information"). We will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without issue.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

We will not deny you our goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services if you exercise your rights under the CCPA. However, we may offer different tiers of our Services as allowed by applicable data privacy laws (including the CCPA) with varying prices, rates, or levels of quality of the goods or services you receive related to the value of Personal Data that we receive from you.
